the event space is set up with tables and chairs arranged as they are during coffee shop hours. communication with a venue staff member is virtual prior to the event day and a point of contact will be available day-of as You self-manage your event on-site. Venue requirements apply for cleaning and resetting the room.

What's the parking situation?

there is a small parking lot behind the venue for your vips. there is also plentiful free street parking on Central avenue and on 23rd street.

Is the Revel Room handicap accessible?

YES. the venue is on ground level. The restrooms are large, single stall, ADA compliant restrooms.

is There an in-house sound system and projector?

We have a sound system that can be used for private events only with two installed speakers and a wireless microphone. We also have a portable, freestanding projector that can be projected on the wall.

When can I set up?

all set up and clean up must take place within your rental period.

Do you have a list of recommended vendors?

We have a list of recommended drop-off catering services. We also partner with two bartending companies to choose from for alcohol service.

What should I know about use of the space?

Nails, tacks, tape, glue, paint, pins, or gum may not be affixed to any building or amenity surface. 3M command strips are allowed for hanging items. Climbing on ladders or dragging tables and chairs is prohibited.

Are there other decor restrictions?

The following are prohibited: Confetti or similar items, glitter, gel beads, deco beads, any beads that absorb water, smoke/fog machines, sparklers, open flames of any kind, flocking, silly string, or any spay decor.

Can I bring my pet?

So, what's the deal with the coffee shop?

Corner Coffee operates in the space Mon-Fri 7am-3pm and Sat 8am-3pm. You can visit the space during these hours. Stop in for made-from-scratch drinks and light bites. They can also provide a coffee bar for your event if desired.
